We work with people and their circles of support to write person centred support plans, identifying goals and ways in which these can be achieved.

• Provide advice on how to get a Personal Budget or Direct Payment
• Help to coordinate a Circle of Support; getting the important people together to assist in decision making
• Identify a choice of suitable support options
• Empower people to make an informed decision, so that they can make the right choice for them
• Assist people to recruit a Personal Assistant and be a good employer
• Assist people to identify an appropriate support agency
• Support people to try new opportunities and connect with their local community
