LinkMeUp works with a range of partners including local authorities, clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), support organisations and providers; enabling people to have choice and control over the way they live their lives.

We provide our range of self-directed support services on an individual/spot, framework and sole provider basis. We are currently working with:
