Job Description: Support Worker for 31-Year-Old Woman

Location: Mottingham Area
Hours: 4 hours per week (initially split over 2 days)

Responsibilities

1. Household Support:
   1. Assisting with light household tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
   2. Tasks may include tidying, laundry, and basic meal preparation.
2. Companionship:
   1. Providing friendly, meaningful interactions to reduce isolation.
   2. Engaging in conversations, shared activities, or hobbies.
3. Community Access:
   1. Supporting the individual to access the community as needed, such as accompanying them to local shops, appointments, or recreational activities.

Encouraging confidence and independence in community settings.

PA rate: £16.30per hour
