We are seeking a reliable and patient PA/Support worker to support and care for a 28year old male gentlemen with complex medical needs.

Client Information:

• Age: 28 years old
• Medical Conditions: Neuronal Migration Disorder with Ataxia and Microcephaly
• Epilepsy

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the client with attending Day Space in Penge.
• Support him during his two weekly sessions:
  • Monday: 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break at 12 PM where he buys lunch in Penge)
  • Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• Pick him up from his home, assist during sessions, and help with lunch on Mondays.
• Bank Holiday Exception: If Day Space is closed, assist him in visiting his mother in West Wickham.
• In case of hospital or medical appointments, you may help with visits to his mother or outings in Bromley/Beckenham. Flexibility is offered to complete the weekly hours on another day if needed.

Working Hours:

• Monday: 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM (4.5 hours)
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM (3.5 hours)
• Total: 8 hours per week

Contract Details:

Flexibility in hours on weeks with medical appointments.

PA Rate: £15.80
